A cushion for those who need a very soft and comfortable cushion with substantial relief for the ischial tuberosities and the rest of the buttock region. Users who use a wheelchair daily, have difficulty varying their sitting position, are at high risk of developing ulcers and/or need some positioning and relief. The user is enveloped by the cushion's shape, sinks into the soft viscoelastic foam, and receives additional pressure relief and a cool sensation under the ischial tuberosities through the fluid gel. The fluid gel moves away from pressure and thereby compensates for deformity.
